SpecDesk Privacy Policy

SpecDesk processes Shopify store, order, line-item, and merchant-entered personalization data to provide a production queue.

Data we store

We store the Shopify shop identifier, authorized session data, product and order line-item identifiers, personalization properties, job statuses, notes, and audit activity needed to operate the service.

Use and retention

Data is used only to provide SpecDesk to the installing merchant. Active production data is retained while operationally required. Completed or cancelled job identifiers and personalisation data are automatically redacted after 90 days, while verified Shopify redaction requests are handled immediately.
