SpecDesk Terms of Service

SpecDesk is provided to Shopify merchants for managing production jobs derived from their store orders. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their mappings and production decisions.

By installing, accessing or using SpecDesk, the merchant agrees to these Terms. The SpecDesk Data Processing Addendum (version 2026-09-27-v1) is incorporated into these Terms where Rexcode processes personal data on the merchant's behalf.

SpecDesk retains active production data while operationally required and automatically redacts protected order and personalisation data from completed or cancelled jobs after 90 days. Verified Shopify privacy redaction requests take precedence.
